HI.I spent nearly 15 years in London from 1999-2013,starting work as a bartender asu will see in my attached cv1 which shows you my first jobs in London.After 2000 i found a place in Brick Lane called 93 Feet East where i started to work as a bartender for the first few years.As i progressed with work i became a supervisor as same time place really was doing well and we opened another 2 rooms with a 2 bars.I decided to take exam of licence holder and got it for 10 years.Got married with british girl Sophia and was keep working in same place 93 Feet East-securiy lookout,cocktail menu,training,staff looking and teaching and many more things to run smoothly a place.10 years in one place is a long time.In 2012 i come back to LIthuania after mentaly heavy separation with wife-was working in few coctail bars in Vilnius and later in 2018 i became head barman in "HILTON HOTEL BAR LITHUANIA" and i am here till 2022.Last 6 month i was helping to my friends in tequila/mezcal bar in Vilnius called SPIRITUS.Then i got ill with Covid so i was trying to get better which i am now and looking for these new challenges.I am very pasionated by making new recceipies of new,sometimes even weird mixology coctails,try new drinks and improve and make even bigger so big already world of drinks,coctails.But still not decided by now to stay in Lithuania because i am European person and want to try in new challenges and countries with them.I am easy going but can be also very direct and motivated when needed,love quality humor at work which i very vallue and punctuality as well..So for now i ques is that.Really would love to hear from you back and looking forward to try new challenges in my life.I have plenty of experience with people and also with a drinks and rest what is needed to work or even run smoothly a restaurant and bars.And now i am 46 years old but still fresh,active and energetic very much as i do dj-ing as well for 20 last yeras and i have close contact with young generation:),so feeling very excited and motivated about this job and feeling still young enough same time:)
