Working as a Construction Project Manager at FLLC Dana Astra, FLLC Belpars and FLLC Prilesie, I led the development of the Minsk Mir Multifunctional Complex, "Magnet Minsk Complex" and "PRILESIE Logistic Center" large-scale projects that involved residential, commercial, cultural, and recreational facilities. I have over nine years of experience in managing construction projects in Belarus and Iran, with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.
I have a PhD in Reinforced Concrete Structures from the Belarusian National Technical University, where I researched the anchoring of GFRP with concrete and the frost resistance of concrete. These topics are relevant and important for the construction industry in Belarus, as they address the challenges of durability, efficiency, and environmental impact of the structures. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to create innovative and functional solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the communities.
